Today we wake up early around 4 am to attend opening program sea teacher in Lingayen. Before we going to Lingayen, at 7.00 am o'clock the van fetch us and stop in mam Aida canteen for breakfast. Actually, Mam Aida is the best cooker but I think the Philippinos didn't like spicy food so I and my friends always add some chili powder from Indonesia to make the food taste in our tongue haha most Philippinos like sour taste, not spicy. after breakfast, we go to Lingayen with the bus, around 10.30 am we arrived in Pangasinan Provincial Capitol, which used the governor’s office. There, we were formally greeted by the vice governor and the executive boards of Pangasinan Province and then Mam Sally direct us to take a picture and tour around the building.
