CHAPTER I School: General Information and Academic Administration ​ School general information and its academic administration according to topics as   follows: 1.1  School profile ​ The  Pangasinan  State University is a government-funded institution of higher  education. It is  chartered through the promulgation of Presidential Decree N. 1497 on June 11, 1978. It became operational only on June 1, 1979. In 1986, the Bachelor in Secondary Education (BSE) and Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEE) were offered as separate programs  by virtue of  BOR Res. No. 13 s. 1986. ​ To date, the Campus continues to play the stellar role in producing professionals in teacher education. It now offers new programs: the  Bachelor of Science in Information and Communications Technology (BSICT) which started in SY 2001 - 2002 as per BOR Resolution No. 45 s 1998; Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECE) SY 2002 - 20 03 as per BOR Resolution No. 30 s 2002; Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Closing Ceremony

February 14th 2018. All Sea-Teacher Participant and also Sea-TVET going to Lingayen for closing program. PSU give us certificate and also souvenir. My supervisor atttended in there. All the participant of Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam said goodbye and thank you to PSU. In the closing ceremony PSU student has performance to show Philippines culture. Participant all of Sea-Teacher required us to show our performance in the stage as a last farewell. After farewell party we are going to Mc Donald for dinner and then we go back to our beloved dormitory

Opening Program Sea Teacher in Lingayen

February 22th, 2018 Mabuhay!!! Today we wake up early around 4 am to attend opening program sea teacher in Lingayen. Before we going to Lingayen, at 7.00 am o'clock the van fetch us and stop in mam Aida canteen for breakfast. Actually, Mam Aida is the best cooker but I think the Philippinos didn't like spicy food so I and my friends always add some chili powder from Indonesia to make the food taste in our tongue haha most Philippinos like sour taste, not spicy. after breakfast, we go to Lingayen with the bus, around 10.30 am we arrived in Pangasinan Provincial Capitol, which used the governor’s office.
